Products must be returned to us in perfect unworn condition and its original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
Upon receipt of items, you will be refunded the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges via the method originally used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Every ORA Pearls product is carefully handcrafted in London and is guaranteed for 12 months from original purchase date (under normal conditions of wear and tear).
